DevCon Foundation is a non-stock, non-profit organization which aims to promote the "IT Pinoy Talent" mainly by providing a unique venue for IT educators and students, IT professionals, and IT enthusiasts to sync, support and succeed.

"DevCon" or "Developers Connect" events have evolved from simple, three-part unconferences to focus-group driven Geekups, not to mention with mini-DevCons in between. DevCon Foundation strives to mold this young tradition into something that could, in the future, work hand-in-hand with the academe to produce groundbreakers in the world of IT, improve the state of the IT industry by paying close attention to issues concerning our IT grads and pros here and abroad, and of course, make the geeks happy.

Designed to be a premier gathering of all Filipino software engineers, DevCon facilitates collaboration, interaction, and mentoring among the leading practitioners of the Philippine Software Industry. DevCon adapts the global best practices for skills improvement and professional advancement among Filipino software engineers. DevCon features three main activities that have proven to be successful formats in international technology gatherings.

For 5 minutes, get the chance to speak your mind and share what you know! Topics can range from social networking, to cloud computing, to the latest and coolest tools available for software and web developers.
