DevCon Mobile Camp: Android is a half-day seminar and workshop that aims to build up development skills on Android mobile platform. It targets to cater 60 beginner level Android developers.

 

ABOUT THE TRAINER

Charo Nuguid is an IT consultant, developer and trainer with over a decade of experience in web enterprise development. She has closely followed the growth of mobile technologies and has since made her mark as one of the most sought-after resource speakers for the Android platform. She is the co-founder of Mobile Monday Manila, a monthly venue for stakeholders of the mobile industry to get together, and is also a founder of the Philippine Android Community. She is also actively involved in various local mobile and startup enterprise events, including the highly successful Startup Weekend Manila.

  • Windows XP (32-bit), Vista (32- or 64-bit), or Windows 7 (32- or 64-bit)
  • Mac OS X 10.5.8 or later (x86 only)
  • Linux (tested on Ubuntu Linux, Lucid Lynx)
    • GNU C Library (glibc) 2.7 or later is required.
    • On Ubuntu Linux, version 8.04 or later is required.
    • 64-bit distributions must be capable of running 32-bit applications.
