ISLA CAMP (Internet Computer Protocol-ICP Manila) and DEVCON Philippines Renew Partnership for Nationwide Smart Contracts Code Camps and Emerging Technologies Education in 2025!
DEVCON Philippines and Isla Hub Philippines are excited to announce the renewal of their partnership for nationwide smart contracts code camps and emerging technologies education initiatives.
This renewed partnership builds upon the success of 2024 collaborations, where they reached over 50 schools and partners, provided hands-on code camp mentorship to over 600 developers, and completed and deployed 300+ smart contracts projects.
Notably, DEVCON Philippines focused on reaching new code camp locations that don't always get the same opportunities, including Mindoro, Lucena, Laguna, Lipa, Cagayan De Oro, Iloilo, Iligan, Legazpi, and more. This ensured these communities had access to the latest emerging technologies training, such as blockchain.
"It's a pleasure empowering IT students and developers with not just a concept intro to blockchain but helping them explore and publish their first ever smart contracts project as part of their portfolio," shares Michael Lance, Web3 Code Camps Lead, DEVCON Philippines.
